Ischia Thermal Dol cream is a natural remedy for joint and muscle pain. Along with the Thermal Water of the Ischia Island, renowned for its anti-inflammatory power, the product contains other important ingredients, including Capiscum Frutescens Oeloresin (Cayenne black pepper) which has a thermogenic capacity; Methyl Nicotinate which improves and promotes circulation (visible through the typical redness on the skin) and well known also because it is used recurrently in many anti-cellulite products; Eucalyptus Globulus Oil, with its antiseptic, reviving and stimulating properties; Rosmarinum Officinalis Oil, with a particular antiseptic action; Salvia Sclarea Oil, which resolves spasms and is antiseptic. It is recommended to apply Ischia Thermal Dol on the painful parts during spa treatments and for home use. Different ingredients promote blood circulation, causing harmless redness on the surface. In such cases, however, it is preferable not to expose oneself to the sun or to heat sources for at least two hours.

How to use: distribute on the interested parts (shoulders, chest, legs, neck, lower and upper limbs, etc) at least twice a day, followed by a light massage. Ideal for sportsmen. Applied before physical activity, it facilitates the warming of the muscles, preparing them for physical effort. Applied after sporting activities, it relieves and loosens muscles more quickly. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes, but in case of unwanted contact, rinse with plenty of cold water. Wash hands thoroughly after application.
