Pointel Communication S.p.A.
is the owner of the shopping platform of Ischia.it, which offers its partners the opportunity to sell their products through the platform.
is the commercial activity that uses the platform to resell its products. Partner takes care of the insertion of the products, of the packaging of the same ones for the shipment and will have access to the data of the Customer for the billing of the products purchased.
The Customer is the person who, interested in buying a certain product, concludes the order. The Customer can be a company or a private Customer even if belonging to a State other than the Italian one.
In order to be able to complete the order, the Customer is required to make a registration in which he must necessarily include his personal data, the shipping address and his tax code.
Following registration, the Customer will be able to access his account and will be able to view and / or modify his data at any time and especially to monitor completed orders and follow the various steps.
The products are entered directly by the Partners. The Partner who sells the product is always visible on the product page. The Product sheet contains the description, dimensions, price and availability.
The prices expressed in Euro are all VAT included and cannot be changed. The VAT is not applied in the following cases:
- EU company, Extra UE or Client company upon presentation of declaration of intent.
- Extra EU or private individual upon presentation of a declaration of intent.
The cart will include the products chosen by the customer with the respective quantities. Products from multiple Partners can also be included.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer. Within the cart before the conclusion of the order, the customer can choose the method of delivery. Pointel Communication S.p.A.si will handle the shipment of the goods. The delivery of the Products is subject to payment.
Warning! If the box should present dents or stains, we invite our customers to accept the package by signing with “RISERVA” and take pictures before opening the box for all the anoma.
In order to be able to complete the order, the Customer must choose the payment method.
The payment methods provided are:
Paypal: The customer is directed to the secure site of Paypal and can choose to pay by credit card or through their Paypal account. Since this phase of the transaction is entrusted to the secure site of Paypal, the shopping platform does not record data relating to credit cards, but only those relating to the order and the outcome of the transaction. If the transaction has been successful, Paypal will send a confirmation email to the Custom
Bank Transfer:The Customer can also pay the order by bank transfer. The credit account in the name of Pointel Communication S.p.A. has the following Iban IT54L0103039930000000030513. In the reason for payment, you must enter the order number that will arrive in the summary by email once the order is complete. The shipment of the goods is subject to receipt of the transfer.
Following the choice of shipping and payment method the customer must confirm the data entered, must accept these conditions of sale and must confirm the order.
Immediately the platform will send an email to the customer with the order summary.
The order will be processed in 2/4 working days. When the shipment will be entrusted to the carrier, the Customer will receive an email stating that the order has been SHIPPED with the shipment references
The order is considered concluded when the shipment takes place.
The products will be invoiced by the Partners. In case of order of products of several partners the Customer will receive from each of the invoice of the goods sold. The shipping costs will instead be invoiced directly by Pointel Communication S.p.A.
The products are guaranteed as established by Italian law.
It is the Customer's right to withdraw from the sale within 5 days from receiving the order. To cancel, you must send an email to email@example.com inserting the order number and the products you intend to return.
Pointel will send an email with the acceptance of the withdrawal. The return of the goods is charged to the customer.
Upon receipt of the returned product, Pointel will verify its integrity.
If the product passes the integrity test, Pointel will refund the amount of the returned product.
In the event that the Customer receives products that do not conform to those ordered or damaged, he can request the return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org inserting everything necessary to demonstrate non-compliance (detailed photos of non-compliance).
Pointel will collect the non-compliant product and the receipt of the goods will compensate the customer.
