Meditandum

Meditatio is a late harvest and not a passito. It is therefore characterized by being slightly sweet, with good structure and excellent persistence in the mouth. The scent, reminiscent of Mediterranean spices and citrus fragrances, is intense but delicate. The wine should be kept and served chilled. It goes well with mature cheeses and sweet almond paste. The pairing with the Neapolitan dessert par excellence, the pastiera, appears suggestive.
