Organoleptic characteristics: The Forastera is fresh and delicate with precious notes of white fruit and pleasant ending hints of Mediterranean flowers and spices. Biancolella is the most significant autochthonous vine of the Island of Ischia. Harvested at the right degree of ripeness.
