Figaro

A light digestif, perfect for sipping and contemplation or enjoying after a meal. Ideal with desserts, chocolate and dried fruit, it pairs beautifully with cheeses and offers a surprising match with cigars.

Serve at 16°C in a sweet wine glass.

Ingredients: dried fig spirit, Algarve dried figs.
Bottle size: 500 ml
Alcohol content: 18% vol.

Figaro fig liqueur was the first of our discoveries.

In a village of twelve families, nine of which owned distilleries, in the heart of the Algarve hills in the 19th century, it was customary to offer passing travellers spirits made from locally grown fruits.

In that village, thanks to the skill and passion of a Portuguese artisan, a unique liqueur was created by macerating figs in their own spirit.

Since 2024, Figaro has been produced by Distillerie Aragonesi on the island of Ischia.
