Sciuscella

A light digestif, perfect for sipping and contemplation or enjoying after a meal. Excellent paired with desserts, biscuits or chocolate.

Serve at 16°C in a sweet wine glass.

Ingredients: grape spirit, carob, Biancolella grape must.
Bottle size: 500 ml
Alcohol content: 18% vol.

In the winemaking traditions of Ischia and Southern Italy, it was customary to enrich grape must with other fruits, encouraging fermentation and adding further local aromas to the wine.

Inspired by this ancient technique, known as Caulara, Sciuscella was born: a delicate carob liqueur.
