INGREDIENTS: garlic, chilli, onion, carrots, parsley, marjoram, turmeric, chard, spices, salt.
How to use: pour the product (one tablespoon for each person) in a pan with about 300 ml. of lukewarm water to rehydrate (about 15 min.) Drain, then place the mixture in a saucepan and brown over low heat for 2 min. so that excess water evaporates. Pour in the oil and fry for 3/4 min. stirring with a wooden ladle. Aside, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Drain al dente and sauté in a pan with the sauce for a few minutes, then serve. If you like, add Parmesan.
