Production technique: Over-ripening on the plant and drying on racks, fermentation in steel, elevation in 500 ml bottle
Color: Apricot, date, aromatic herbs and chestnut honey jam.
Bouquet: Intense with notes of hawthorn and linden flowers.
Taste: Sweet, not at all cloying, enveloping, the sweetness is balanced by an acid vein.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Vintage: Indicated on the label.
Serving temperature: Not below 14 ° C.
Recommended pairing: Blue or very aged cheeses, almond-based desserts, Neapolitan struffoli.
