Description
INGREDIENTS: garlic, chilli pepper, onion, carrots, parsley, marjoram, turmeric, chard, spices, salt.
How to use: pour the product (one tablespoon for each person) into a pan with about 300 ml. of lukewarm water to rehydrate (about 15 min.) Drain, then put the mixture in a saucepan and cook over low heat for 2 min. so that it evaporates excess water. Pour the oil and fry for 3/4 min. turning over with a wooden spoon. Aside from cooking the pasta in abundant salted water. Drain al dente and sauté in the pan with the sauté for a few minutes, then serve. To taste add Parmesan.
