From typical local Mediterranean flowers, grown spontaneously, honey is harvested in its most genuine and pure form.Always in the vast property is followed the breeding of small farm animals and the famous rabbit that characterizes one of the typical dishes of the local cuisine. Among the various plantations, the whole territory is surrounded by centuries-old olive trees whose skilfully worked fruits give rise to a renowned extra-virgin olive oil processed exclusively cold with an oil mill.

Particular importance is then dedicated to the winery, always open to guests' visits, where it is possible to taste together with small local specialties the "Ruffano Bianco", "Ruffano Rosso" and "Passito di Ruffano" wines, all PGI and selectedfrom grapes cultivated with care and typical Ischian natural methods, such as vinification that always takes place in the strictest respect of local traditions.
